"the ongoing military aggression against Ukraine in Donbas and the illegal occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol; absence of any progress in the release of Ukrainian political prisoners and captives in the Russian Federation, illegally annexed Crimea and occupied Donbass;".
