In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 5.6, add the following words:

"the illegal works re-launched by the Russian Federation in the Tskhinvali region of Georgia with the aim of installing artificial barriers along the occupation line adjacent to the village of Atotsi, Georgia;"

Explanatory note

With this illegal action, the Russian Federation gravely violates human rights that cause inter alia deprivation of life, illegal detentions and kidnappings, and breaches the ban on movement across the occupation line. Such illegal actions aggravate the already tense security and grave human rights situation on the ground.
