1. The Committee notes the endorsement by the Assembly on 5th May of the nominations of MM. Norton and Crosbie as Representative and Substitute respectively for Ireland.

2. Furthermore, the Committee proposes that the Assembly should endorse the nomination, as Substitutes, of MM. Ireland and Stanford, whose credentials were examined and found to be in order, subsequent to the meeting of 5th May.

3. Lastly, the Committee has taken note of two communications from the Royal Greek Embassy in Paris, nominating M. Tsirimokos as titular representative in place of M. Sophianopoulos. ft proposes therefore that the Assembly should endorse this nomination.

Accordingly, if the Assembly ratifies these proposals of its Credentials Committee, the list of Representatives and Substitutes appearing in the Report (Doc. 16) will require to be modified as follows:

Representatives

Delete the name of M. SOPHIANOPOULOS.

Add the names of MM. NORTON et TSIRIMOKOS.

Substitutes

Delete the name of M. TSIRIMOKOS.

Add the names of MM. IRELAND et STANFORD.
