In the draft resolution, paragraph 15.3, replace the words "in addition" with the following words:

"supplementary to the already existing procedures".

Explanatory note

The proposed amendment is aimed at demonstrating that the newly proposed procedure is being viewed as supplementary to the already existing procedures, thus ensuring that the Parliamentary Assembly is maintaining its authority and decision-making powers.
