In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, fourth line, after the words "numerous resolutions", insert the following words: "in particular Resolution 2034(2015)".

Explanatory note

Resolution 2034(2015) triggered this current attempt to change our Rules. In this Resolution, the Assembly urges the Russian authorities to:

- reverse the illegal annexation of Crimea;

- investigate these deaths and disappearances in this region;

- disband all paramilitary forces in the region.

None of this has happened.
