In the draft resolution, after paragraph 12, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly furthermore resolves to suspend until the 2020 January part-session the following rights of the Russian delegation:

-the right to speak in free debates;

-the right to table amendments;

-the right to table motions for resolution or recommendations;

-the right to table written declarations;"
