In the draft resolution, paragraph 5.4, replace the words:

"double majority, namely the relevant recommendation will have to be adopted by a majority of two thirds of the votes cast and a number of votes in favour equivalent to at least one third of the total number of members of the Assembly authorised to vote; if at least one of these two conditions is not met, the draft recommendation will be rejected"

with the following words:

"a majority of two thirds of the votes cast".
