In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 9.3.5, insert the following sentence:

"and with full respect to the rights of the minorities, including the rights of the opposition in the regional Parliament which were in risk to be abused according to the Constitutional Court as explained by the Decision of the European Court of Human Rights of 28 May 2019."
