The Committee on the Election of Judges to the European Court of Human Rights held a meeting on 25 September 2023, with Mr Titus Corlăţean (Romania, SOC), in the Chair.Note

2 Conclusions of the committee on the list of candidates submitted by Serbia

The committee interviewed all the candidates on 25 September 2023.

The committee recommends to the Assembly to reject the list on substantive grounds as not all candidates fulfil the requirements of Article 21 of the European Convention on Human Rights for election as a judge at the European Court of Human Rights and to request the Government of Serbia to submit a new list of candidates.
