In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 9.5.4 with the following paragraph:

"ensure that neonatal care facilities are established, protected at all times and are not being used as weapons depots or bases for terrorist activity;"

Explanatory note

It is not only about protection but also about the abuse of neonatal facilities by Hamas.
