In the draft resolution, after paragraph 16.5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly calls on the member States and European Union institutions to impose sanctions on the NLMK Group (PAO ‘Novolipetsk Steel’, LLC ‘VIZ-Stal’, JSC ‘Stoylensky Mining and Beneficiation Complex’) due to their ongoing co-operation with Russia’s defence industry."
