Examination of credentials of representatives and substitutes

1. In accordance with Rule 6, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Rules of Procedure, the President of the Assembly has received the credentials of representatives and substitutes for the fourth part of the 2026 Ordinary Session of the Assembly, which have been transmitted in due form by the competent authorities of member States.

2. The Assembly is called upon to express its decision on the validation of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes whose names are given in this report.

3. Armenia has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.

4. Croatia has appointed a new representative following the resignation of Mr Mato Franković.

5. Cyprus has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.

6. Czechia has appointed a new substitute, and a substitute has become representative, following the resignation of Ms Barbora Urbanová.

7. Finland has appointed a new representative and a new substitute, and a substitute has become representative, following the resignations of Ms Miapetra Kumpula-Natri and Mr Jarno Limnell.

8. Germany has appointed a new representative and a new substitute following the resignations of Mr Vinzenz Glaser and Ms Awet Tesfaiesus.

9. Ireland has appointed two new substitutes following the resignations of Mr Garret Ahearn and Ms Ann Graves.

10. Malta has modified the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.

11. Montenegro has appointed a new representative and a new substitute following the resignations of Ms Nađa Laković and Mr Miloš Konatar.

12. Slovenia has appointed a new substitute to fill a vacant seat.

13. Türkiye has appointed a new representative and three new substitutes, and a representative has become substitute, following the resignations of Mr Fethi Açikel, Mr Utku Çakirözer, Mr Faik Öztrak and Ms Jale Nur Süllü.

14. In case of objection or justified contestation, the contested credentials shall be referred without debate to the appropriate committee, which shall report back to the Assembly in accordance with Rules 7 and 8 of the Rules of Procedure.
