The Assembly,

Deeply concerned at the considerable daily influx of refugees to West Berlin,

Considering that European solidarity requires that Member States should combine in their efforts to assist refugees,

Considering that, in view of the acute nature of the problem, practical measures should be taken without delay,

Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :

" Measures to be taken in order to assist West Berlin refugees "

and instructs its Committee on Population and Refugees to study the problem and report to the Assembly.
