The Assembly,

Considering that the peoples of Europe should have a common emblem symbolising their unity;

Considering that it is advisable to choose an emblem likely to be adopted by the fifteen Members of the Council of Europe, and by the restricted Communities,

Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :

" Choice of a common emblem for all the peoples of Europe ".

and instructs the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges to report on this question.
