Aware t h a t t h e c o n t i n u a t i o n of this s i t u a t i o n m a y m a k e a n y c o - o r d i n a t e d W e s t e rn p o l i c y in the E a s t e r n M e d i t e r r a n e a n more difficult,
Decides in consequence to a p p o i n t a Special Committee of seven Members to be n o m i n a t e d b y t h e B u r e a u from a m o n g t h e R e p r e s e n t a t i v e s from c o u n t r i e s n o t d i r e c t l y i n t e r e s t ed t o consider t h e whole q u e s t i o n of Cyprus a n d to r e p o r t t o t h e Assembly.
