Strasbourg, 28.03.2013 – Jean-Claude Mignon, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), will make an official visit to Finland on 2-3 April 2013.
During his visit, he will meet the Speaker of Parliament, the Minister for Culture and Sport, the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, and the Chairs of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee and the Constitutional Law Committee.
In addition, talks are scheduled with the Finnish delegation to PACE, the parliamentary Deputy Ombudsperson and the Ombudsperson for Children , the President of the Parliamentary Human Rights Group, the Director of the Human Rights Centre and representatives of youth organisations.
The PACE President will meet the press on Tuesday 2 April at 3 pm in the Finnish Parliament (State Room).
