Josette Durrieu (France, SOC) will travel to Amman from 24 to 28 March as part of the preparation of her report on the request for partner for democracy status with PACE, submitted by the Parliament of Jordan.
Meetings are scheduled notably with the Presidents of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Justice and the heads of parliamentary groups, including opposition.
The rapporteur will also meet with representatives of the media, civil society and diplomatic missions.
