Jordi Xuclà (Spain, ALDE), rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for post-monitoring dialogue with Monaco, will carry out a fact-finding visit to the Principality on 6-7 November 2014.
Meetings are scheduled with the Head of State HSH Prince Albert II, the President of the National Council and the Minister of State as well as with the Government Counsellors for Foreign Affairs and Co-operation, Interior, Social Affairs and Health.
Mr Xuclà should also be holding talks with representatives of the majority and the opposition in the National Council, the Chairman of the Special Commission in charge of changing the electoral law, the Chairman of the Monaco delegation to PACE, the Mayor of Monaco, representatives of the judicial authorities, and the Director of the Department of Information and Control of Financial Circuits.
