Andreas Gross (Switzerland, SOC), one of the co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Russia by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), will make a fact-finding visit to Moscow from 16 to 18 December 2014.
During his visit, Mr Gross will meet representatives of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Migration Service. Meetings are also scheduled with the Speaker of the Russian State Duma Sergey Naryshkin, and with the Ombudsman.
In addition, Mr Gross plans to meet representatives of civil society.
