Jordi Xucla (Spain, ALDE), former rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on post-monitoring dialogue with Monaco, will travel to the Principality on 12 October, on behalf of the Monitoring Committee, for a fact-finding visit on the follow-up of the implementation of PACE Resolution 2052 (2015).
Meetings are scheduled with the President of the National Council and the Minister of State as well as with the Government Counsellors. Mr Xucla should also be holding talks with the political groups of the National Council, the Monaco delegation to PACE, and a number of socio-economic bodies.
Mr Xucla will hold a press point on Monday 12 October at 3 pm at the National Council.
