Tiny Kox (Netherlands, UEL), co-rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for the monitoring of obligations and commitments by Bosnia and Herzegovina, will make a fact-finding visit to the country on 5-6 September 2017.
In Sarajevo, Mr Kox will meet the members of the Presidency, the members of the Collegiums of the House of Representatives and of the House of Peoples, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Human Rights and Refugees, as well as members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina delegation to PACE.
Meetings are also scheduled with the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina – responsible for overseeing implementation of civilian aspects of the Dayton Peace agreements signed in 1995 – the Acting Chief Prosecutor, the President of the Constitutional Court, the Ombudsperson, and representatives of the international and diplomatic community.
