The Assembly,
Having taken note of the Report of the Committee on Social Questions;
realising the importance of the problem of Housing, and the necessity of finding a rapid solution for it, a task which is complicated by excessive building costs;
demands the establishment of a European Technical Centre for Housing and Building.
