M. GRÉGOIRE to ask the Committee of Ministers what action has been taken by Member Governments in fulfiment of the recommendations contained in Resolution (58) 5 adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 27th March 1958, concerning:
a the issue of entry visas, free of charge, to refugees ;
b the issue, by Member Governments which are Parties to the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, of a uniform travel document in conformity with the provisions of that Convention ;
c an invitation to Member Governments which are not parties to the London Agreement of 1946 or to the 1951 Convention to accede thereto and to issue either the travel document for which the Convention provides, or, failing this, a document conforming to the provisions of these instruments.
