1. The Committee of Ministers has carefully studied Parliamentary Assembly Recommendation 1989 (2011) on the “Granting of the participatory status to the international non-governmental organisation ANDANTE”.

2. It agrees with the conclusions of the Assembly and also considers that ANDANTE fulfils all criteria mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Appendix to Resolution Res(2003)8 of the Committee of Ministers.

3. The Committee of Ministers therefore approves the Parliamentary Assembly’s recommendation to grant participatory status to ANDANTE.
