Examination of credentials of Representatives and Substitutes

1. In accordance with Rule
6, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Rules of Procedure, the President
of the Assembly has received credentials of representatives and
substitutes for the second part of the 2011 Ordinary Session of
the Assembly, which have been transmitted in due form by the competent
authorities of member states.
2. The Assembly is called upon to take a decision on the ratification
of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes whose
names are given below.
3. Armenia has appointed
a new representative to replace Mr Artsruni Aghajanyan, who has
resigned.
4. The Czech Republic has
appointed one new representative and one new substitute to replace
Mr Michal Babák and Mr Walter Bartoš, who have resigned.
5. Moldova has appointed
a new substitute to fill a vacant seat
6. Following the resignation of Mr Neven Gosović and the appointment
of Mr Obrad Gojković and Mrs Valentina Radulović-Šćepanović as representatives, Montenegro has appointed two new
substitutes.
7. The Netherlands have
appointed a new representative to replace Mrs Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert,
who has resigned.
8. Within the delegation of San Marino,
Mrs Assunta Meloni has become a representative and Mr Marco Gatti
has become a substitute.
9. Within the delegation of Serbia,
Ms Nataša Vučković has become a representative and Mr Čedomir Jovanović
has become a substitute.
10. Spain has appointed
one new representative and one new substitute to replace Mr Lluís
Maria de Puig i Olive and Mrs Emelina Fernández Soriano, who have
resigned.
11. In case of objection or justified contestation, the contested
credentials shall be referred without debate to the appropriate
committee, which shall report back to the Assembly in accordance
with Rules 7 and 8 of the Rules of Procedure.
