Procedure to be followed when submitting proposals to the Administrative Board of the Council of Europe Cultural Fund

The Assembly,

Having regard to the establishment of the Cultural Fund ;

Having regard to Resolution 163 on the provision of financial and moral support for the Cultural Fund of the Council of Europe ;

Considering that Members are likely to receive requests of various kinds in connection with the Cultural Fund ;

Considering that its Cultural Committee is competent to examine all cultural matters of interest to Europe,

Instructs its Cultural Committee ;

1 to consider all proposals and requests for grants addressed to the Cultural Fund through members of the Consultative Assembly ;

2 to refer any proposals or requests for grants of which it approves to the Administrative Board of the Cultural Fund through the Chairman of the Committee ;

3 to report periodically to the Assembly on the activities of its representatives on the Administrative Board of the Cultural Fund.
