Thanks the European Nuclear Energy Agency of OEEC for its Second Annual Report,

Thanks also the Commission of the European Atomic Energy Community for its Third Annual Report ;

Instructs its Economic Committee to present, in the light of these two documents, a report on European energy problems, to be the subject of a debate to be held at the Session of the Consultative Assembly in September 1960
