1. Instructs the Committee on Economic Affairs and Development to continue its work in the field of harmonisation covered by the report of the Committee on Economic Affairs and Development and, in consultation with other committees, to report from time to time both on general progress and on specific proposals in its own field ; and
2. Decides to transmit Part II of the aforesaid report to the Political Affairs Committee, the Committee on Agriculture, the Legal Affairs Committee, the Committee on Social Affairs and Public Health, and the Committee on Science and Technology, requesting them to report at an early date on the possible application of the report to their own field of work.
