The Assembly,
1. Having regard to the report on the law of the sea submitted by its Legal Affairs Committee (Doc. 3910),
2. Instructs its Legal Affairs Committee to present a further report on the UN Conference on the Law of the Sea when the conference is over, and its Committee on Agriculture to give its opinion thereon, especially where fishing is concerned ;
3. Instructs its Committee on Culture and Education to study the question of the underwater cultural heritage ;
4. Instructs its Legal Affairs Committee to study the legal aspects of off-shore operations, including the possibility of establishing a code of liability for damage resulting therefrom.
