Granting consultative status to international non-governmental organisations

The Assembly,

Having regard to the request for an opinion by the Committee of Ministers (Doc. 141) and to Opinion No. 6 of the Consultative Assembly concerning the principles governing relations between the Council of Europe and international non-governmental organisations ;

Having regard to Order 55 on the procedure for examining requests for consultative status ;

Having regard to requests presented by five organisations.,

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status in the categories indicated to the following organisations :

a Category B :

International Federation of Patent Agents ;

International Union of Young Christian-Democrats ;

b Category C :

International Union of Latin Notaries ;

European Council of Crafts and Small and Medium sized Enterprises;

Federation of Young European Employers.
