In the draft resolution, after paragraph 6.2.9, insert the following paragraph:

"address the exclusion of young people from the educational system, as well as the risk of a digital divide due to the lack of equal opportunities in the access to the Internet, through specific software programs aimed at training young people in computing and digital technologies."
