The Credentials Committee has examined the credentials of four new Representatives or Substitutes :

1 M. AMBY, appointed by t h e Danish Government as Representative, replacing M. KRAFT, who has been appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs.

2 M. BOEGHOLM, appointed by the Danish Government as Substitute for M. AMBY, appointed Representative.

3 M. ASGEIRSSON, appointed by the Government of Iceland as Representative to replace M. JONASSON, resigned.

4 M. MAKSUDI-ARSAL, appointed by the Government of the Turkish Republic as Substitute.

The Committee considered that these appointments had been made in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 25 of the Statute of the Council of Europe.

No objection was appended to the dossier.

The Committee therefore proposes that the Assembly should approve the appointments of :

M. AMBY, as Representative of Denmark, replacing M. KRAFT;

M. BOEGHOLM, as Substitute of Denmark replacing M. AMBY;

M. ASGEIRSSON, as Representative for Iceland replacing M. JONASSON;

M. MAKSUDI-ARSAL, as Substitute for t he Turkish Republic.
