In the draft resolution, paragraph 14.1.11, delete the words "denounced by Mr Magnitsky".

Explanatory note

As there is no evidence, except for W.Browder's statements, that S.Magnitsky was conducting investigations on tax frauds, there is no ground to state that "he had denounced" something or somebody.
