In the draft resolution, after paragraph 8, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly expresses its full support for the efforts of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights aimed at ensuring the effective observance of human rights in Crimea and the conflict-affected parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. It invites the Commissioner to continue monitoring the situation of human rights throughout Ukraine, including Crimea, using all available means."
