In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 10, add the following sentence:

"The Assembly regrets the fact that amendments to the Ukrainian Constitution regarding the judiciary have delayed the ratification of the Rome Statute, and calls upon the Ukrainian government to ratify the Statute as soon as possible."
