In the draft resolution, paragraph 9.4, after the words "fundamental human rights", insert the following words:

"and the domestic legal criminal procedures".

Explanatory note

Support for combatting corruption represents a priority, but at the same time the criminal investigations of the judiciary should respect fundamental human rights and domestic legal criminal procedures.
