In the draft resolution, paragraph 7.6, after the words "the authorities of the Russian Federation" insert the following words:

"to uphold all its obligations under the applicable international law as an occupying Power and to take all measures necessary to bring an immediate end to all violations and abuses against the residents of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol;"
