In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 7.4 with the following paragraph:

"respect the commitments relating to each language provided for in the Charter;"

Explanatory note

The State Parties to the Charter have to abide by their specific commitments, while taking into account that each State Party has a margin of appreciation recognized by the international legal instruments in the field of the protection of minorities. This margin of appreciation is directly related to political and socio-economic realities.
