In the draft resolution, paragraph 12.2, replace the words "give thought to the changes that must be made to the Rules of Procedure and to the integrity framework of the Assembly;" with the following words:
"implement the changes that must be made to the Rules of Procedure and to the integrity framework of the Assembly, bearing in mind the need for transparency and accountability;".
