1. The Committee of
Ministers notes that the information requested by the Honourable
Parliamentarian in his question was provided to him directly in
two letters from the Director of the Private Office of the Secretary General
and the Deputy Secretary General dated respectively 23 and 26 October
2018.
2. The Committee of Ministers would underline that the information
is disclosed in the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Council
of Europe which the Committee adopts every year, most recently at
their 1329th meeting on 14 November 2018,
and which are made public once adopted (see document CM(2018)100, p. 63-64). The consolidated financial statements are formally
transmitted to the Parliamentary Assembly on the same occasion.
