In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 6 with the following paragraph:

"The Assembly reiterates the terms of Article 25 of the Statute of the Council of Europe and considers it as an obligation of each members State's parliament to transmit the credentials of the parliament's representatives at the opening of its ordinary session."
