In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 11 with the following paragraph:

"Finally, the Assembly considers that the issue of supplementing its Rules of Procedure with regard to introducing a procedure for challenging the credentials of individual members would possibly open the door to political abuse and it will therefore not choose this option."
