In the draft resolution, paragraph 4.2, after the words: "1994 Committee of Ministers Declaration on compliance with commitments accepted by member States of the Council of Europe,"

insert the following words: ". It is also complementary to the existing proceedings specified in the Rules of Procedure (Rule 7, Rule 8, Rule 9, Rule 10 and Rule 11)".
