In the draft resolution, paragraph 9, at the end of the first sentence, add the following words:

"during the 6-week war, as well as the 1991-1994 war".

Explanatory note

If the genuine intention is to ensure accountability, truth and reconciliation, then investigation of allegations of war crimes or other wrongful acts should not be limited to the 6-week war. The victims of the war of 1991-1994 also deserve to get justice for the crimes that were committed against them.
