In response to his question, the Ministers’ Deputies would like to inform the Honourable Parliamentarian that the Secretary General is conducting a thorough risk management exercise with regard to the vulnerabilities, sensitivities and relevance of positions, as specifically requested by the Ministers’ Deputies in March, which has already resulted in an internal mobility of staff. This includes the Executive Secretary of MONEYVAL, the postholder of which is no longer a Russian national. The Ministers’ Deputies continue to remain seized on the issue of staff members with Russian nationality.
