In the draft resolution, paragraph 13.9.4, delete the following words:

"its statute should leave the issue of personal immunities to the interpretation of the judges of the special tribunal, having regard to the practice of other international criminal tribunals and the precedents in international law;"

Explanatory note

Crime of aggression is a leadership crime and there can be no space left for personal immunities.
