Please find enclosed the Draft Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters and its draft Explanatory Report (CM(2025)20-add6 and CM(2025)20-add7), which the Ministers’ Deputies agreed at their 1523th meeting (19 March 2025) to transmit to the Parliamentary Assembly for opinion on the Draft Additional Protocol as soon as possible.
