In the draft resolution, after paragraph 4.3, insert the following paragraph:

"is concerned about the Central Election Commission’s (CEC) recent decision to substantially restrict the rights of observers on election day and their ability to effectively monitor the electoral process, and urges the CEC to revoke these restrictions since they affect the legitimacy of, and public trust in, of any future election."
