The Consultative Assembly in referring to the Committee on Legal and Administrative Questions the Draft Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms which the Committee of Ministers has submitted for consideration, expresses its regret that the Draft Convention in question does not include any provision which will ensure that the right of parents to safeguard the moral and spiritual development of their children while they are being educated may be effectively exercised.
