The Assembly,
Believing it desirable to enable a larger number of member countries to be represented in the Bureau,
Resolves to amend paragraph 1 of Rule 8 of its Rules of Procedure as follows :
" The Bureau of the Assembly shall be the President and seven Vice-Presidents."
